The Penn Healthcare Review is Penn’s bi-semesterly journal exploring everything healthcare, boasting a stellar team of writers, editors, and designers. We tackle everything from public health, social determinants of health, and healthcare policy all the way to new discoveries in life sciences, biotechnology, and healthcare services. Every year the journal features the top leaders and pioneers in the area, including neurodegenerative disease research pioneer Dr. Virginia Lee and Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine winners Dr. Drew Weissman and Dr. Katalin Karikó. Whether one is an avid writer looking to develop their skills in healthcare journalism or a passionate designer looking for opportunities to expand their portfolio, there is a place for all students in PHR.

We invite you to explore our most recent publication, “A Journey Into the Science of Aging”, here:

Check out an excerpt of our Spring 2023 Journal Launch with Dr. Carl June, Dr. Bruce Levine, and Dr. Drew Weissman here.

If you are interested in joining our team, check out Penn Clubs at the start of each semester! We are always looking for article submissions, editors, and designers!
